Update on Transition and Agencies

• The Office of Developmental Disabilities is being re-aligned; every department is changing--new name is [[#|Human Services]] Agency.
• The office of Supports Coordination is closed and advocates will work with specific departments within the Human Services Agency for services.
• The Agency Night Transition Fair is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, May 2 @ Norristown HS from 6-9 PM. More info to follow.
